Originally from Arecibo, Puerto Rico and raised in Orlando, FL, Jeremy is focused on innovation in construction to revitalize the dormant potential of marginalized communities affected by urban blight across Florida and playing an active role in the re-construction of Puerto Rico post-hurricane Maria. Prior to his graduate business degree education, Jeremy worked in the Legal and Insurance industries throughout Florida. Jeremy also holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology and Law from The University of Florida. 


Denis Anthony Moreira

Born in Miami, Florida with Puerto Rican and Nicaraguan roots, Anthony focuses on integration of Digital Media and Innovative Technology to develop creative solutions that have significant impact. With a concentration in Design and Production, his attention to detail unifies our branding to bring out unique and quality detail to marketing materials.


Carlos Manuel Rodriguez

Born in New York, and raised in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida with Dominican roots, Carlos concentrates his efforts in providing innovative design solutions that have significant architectural meaning. In creating optimal space, Carlos focuses heavily on schematic design and conceptual theories of architectural space. Attention to complex details in layering and joints come together with powerful concepts that  engage the occupants of all spaces to better serve their needs and wants while providing quality experiences that have positive influences on their life.


Edwin Martinez

Edwin's passion for architecture was innate and at the young age of 10 taught himself to draft architectural concepts by hand and later in high school taught himself to create 3D visual renderings of commercial buildings on Revit. Edwin began his career as a senior in high school with Bumpus and Associates Architecture and throughout the years has developed designs and visual renderings for local Commercial, Hospitality, and Multifamily projects throughout Central Florida, all while excelling at the top of his class at The University of South Florida's Graduate School of Architecture & Community Design.


Fernando H. Perez

Fernando began his career at the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as an Information/Public Relations Specialist. Originally from Avon Park, Florida his goals are to help implement sustainable agricultural-business systems throughout Florida, Latin America, and Puerto Rico to help ensure the health and safety of future generations. After an unfortunate football injury he sustained at Baldwin Wallace University, he understood “everything worked out the way God intended” and is now able to pursue his passion for agriculture and rebuilding Puerto Rico's entrepreneurial spirit.
