Our mission is to utilize our research on Cross Laminated Timber to revitalize the financial condition of our ethnically and culturally diverse communities through local property and socio-economic development initiatives. We want to regenerate the current financial literacy, education, entrepreneurship, wealth management and construction technology training of our younger generations to transform marginalized communities throughout Central Florida, Puerto Rico, and the Globe.

De•novo Development is a fully integrated commercial property development startup focused on the design, production, development, & consulting of Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) in construction to transform the built environment. We aim to do this by leveraging innovation and technology like Building Information Modeling (BIM) systems to fully integrate the design + build + operation life-cycle process of property development.
